While most inquiries can be promptly addressed by emailing or calling us, if you have critical, in-depth questions or concerns about your financial aid offer or status, you may schedule a phone appointment with your preferred financial aid counselor or select a counselor by the day of the week that works best for you. Students are not assigned to an individual counselor; any member of our dedicated counseling team will be able to assist you.  

• Counselor appointments are currently in high demand, and the next available slot may be 7-14 days away. We appreciate your patience as we diligently work to establish and finalize 2024-2025 aid eligibility determinations.
