Health Insurance & Billing Information (for Students on Financial Aid)
- If your financial aid package includes a Health Insurance Scholarship, you do not need to complete the waiver — the fee is already covered. If you do not have the scholarship and have your own insurance, you must submit a waiver to have the fee removed from your bill.

- First, confirm that you have uploaded all necessary documents by logging into your Banner Self-Service portal.
- Most questions can be answered by emailing financial_aid@brown.edu (our current response time is within 2-3 business days)
- For detailed or time-sensitive concerns, schedule a phone appointment with any available counselor (appointments may be 7-14 days out due to high demand).
